| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin在卵巢癌中的表达及其与临床病理资料的关系。方法：采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测20例卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中survivivn基因的表达情况。结果：通过统计分析，发现Survivin在卵巢癌组织中表达明显高于正常组织。结论：Survivin可能在卵巢癌的发生发展中起一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of the apoptotic inhibitor gene,surviving,and its clinical significance in ovarian carcinoma.Methods:RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of surviving gene mRNA and protein in 20 ovarian carcinoma samples and 20 normal ovarian samples.Results:Expression of survivin both on mRNA and protein levels showed significantly higher in samples with the ovarian carcinoma than the normal sample.Conclusions:Survivin gene maybe involved in progression of ovarian carcinoma. |
