| 摘 要： | 目的:观察新癀片加蜂蜜外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将96例PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的患者,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组48例,用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗;观察组用新癀片碾粉加蜂蜜外敷,两组均治疗一个疗程5 d,分别观察治疗的效果。结果:两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:新癀片加蜂蜜外敷治疗PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的临床效果显著,使用方便值得临床推广。
