血清S-100b蛋白自身抗体与精神分裂症的相关性研究

目的研究精神分裂症患者病程、症状、疗效与血清抗S-100b蛋白自身抗体的关系。方法用间接ELISA检测153例正常人、32例连续服抗精神药物的复发精神分裂症患者、入院前至少14 d未服抗精神药物并完成12周治疗的复发精神分裂症60例及30例初发精神分裂症患者血清抗S-100b蛋白自身抗体;病人入院时及完成12周治疗后应用PANSS量表对患者进行精神分裂症阴、阳性症状评定。结果抗S-100b蛋白自身抗体阳性率初发病组与复发组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);复发组之间病程长短无显著差异(P>0.05)。精神分裂症患者入院初抗S-100b蛋白自身抗体,与PANSS量表评分呈现正相关(r=0.28,P<0.05);进一步观察与PANSS量表的N(阴性症状)呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.05),60例精神分裂症患者,治疗有效组与治疗无效组抗S-100b蛋白自身抗体比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论抗体与分裂症患者病程及严重程度相关,并与阴性症状呈正相关;在治疗过程中治疗是否有效与抗体无关。

A study of S-100b protein autoantibody in serum associated with schizophrenia

Objective To study the relationship between S-100b protein autoantibody in serum and onset period,symptoms and treatment effects on schizophrenia.Methods 153 normal subjects,32 recurrent schizophrenic patients treated with antipsychotics,60 recurrent schizophrenic patients untreated with antipsychotics for at least two weeks before hospitalization and 30 first-onset schizophrenic patients were recruited,S-100b protein autoantibody in serum was measured by using indirect ELISA.Positive and negative symptoms of all patients were assessed by using PANSS when they were recruited,and once again after 12 week treatments.Results There was a significant difference in positive rates of sero-S-100b protein autoantibody between recurrent schizophrenic patients and first-onset schizophrenic patients(P<0.01).There was no difference in process between two recurrent schizophrenic groups(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between sero-S-100b protein autoantibody and scores of PANSS in schizophrenic patients(r=0.28,P<0.05),especially in negative symptoms(r=0.33,P<0.05).There were no difference in sero-S-100b protein autoantibody between treatment effective patients and non-treatment effective patients in 60 schizophrenic patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Sero-S-100b protein autoantibody had a correlation with the process and the severity of schizophrenia,and a positive correlation with negative symptoms.There was no relationship between sero-S-100b protein autoantibody and treatment effects.
