贵州省贵阳市1 402名中学教师高血压病及相关疾病流行病学调查

目的调查贵阳市属中学14 0 2名教师和退休教师高血压病及相关疾病的患病情况。方法采用测血压、量身高体重并计算体重指数,测定空腹血糖、甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白,结果作统计学处理。结果高血压病患者共60 7例,总发病率43 3 0 % ,5 0～5 9岁和60～69岁年龄段发病人数最多,占发病人数的68 0 4% ,男性高于女性,P <0 0 1。患者BMI、TG、和FPG值均高于非患者,而患者的HDL均值低于患者,其超重、肥胖、高甘油三脂血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症和糖尿病的发病率亦高于非患者。结论贵阳市中学教师高血压病发病率为43 3 0 % ,多为中老年人;脑力劳动者的高血压病发病率并不比自然人群高。

EPIDEMIOLOGIC INVESTIGATION ON HYPERTENSION AND ITS RELATED DISEASES AMONG 1 402 MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS IN GUIYANG

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension and its related diseases among 1,402 middle school teachers in Guiyang. Methods Their blood pressure(BP), body mass index(BMI), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), triglycerides(TG) and high-density lipoprotein(HDL) were measured. Results 607(43.30%) hypertension cases were diagnosed. The prevalence rate of this disease was high from 50 to 69 years of age(the rate: 68.04%). The averages of patients′ BMI, TG and FPG were higher than those in the teachers without hypertension and so were the prevalent rates of overweight, obesity, hypertriglyceridemia, low-high-density lipoprotein cholesterolemia and diabetes. Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension was 43.30% among those teachers and the rate was higher in the elderly. The investigative result showed that the rate of hypertension in the mental work people was not higher than that in the natural crowd.
