脑卒中后吞咽障碍联合治疗的效果观察

目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍治疗方法联合应用的有效性。方法将108例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者随机分成2组,治疗组54例采用咽部冰刺激、咽部电刺激、口腔及咽部皮肤的冰刺激、唇操、舌操和强化声门闭合训练等6种治疗方法联合运用,对照组54例采用单纯咽部冰刺激,2组均治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率96%,显著优于对照组的85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能障碍联合治疗可以明显改善吞咽功能,减少并发症的发生,并能促进康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the effect of combination therapy in the treatment of patients with postapoplexy dysphagia

Objective To explore the effect of combination therapy on the treatment of patients with postapoplexy dysphagia.Methods 108 patients with postapoplexy dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the following 6 therapies: pharyngeal ice stimulation,pharyngeal electric stimulation,oral and pharyngeal skin ice stimulation,lip training,tongue training and reinforced glottis closure training.The control group was only treated with pharyngeal ice stimulation.Duration of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 96%,which was significantly better than 85% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy for postapoplexy dysphagia can significantly improve swallowing function,reduce the incidence rate of complications,promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
