| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管紧张素原(AGT)M235T基因多态性与上海地区IgA肾病(IgAN)遗传易感性及临床病理表现的相关性。方法选取上海地区经肾穿刺病理活检证实为IgAN患者105例和健康对照者120例,采用聚合链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)检测AGT M235T基因多态性,并比较不同基因型患者临床病理表现之间的相关性。结果 105例IgAN肾病患者的AGT M235T基因多态性与正常对照相比,基因型分布频率差异无统计学意义;年龄、性别、血压、血清肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量、初始的估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)值等临床指标与AGT M235T基因型无相关性;病理资料显示AGT M235T各基因型病理表现无相关性。结论 AGT M235T基因多态性与IgAN患者无显著相关性。
