白芍总苷对接触性皮炎小鼠核因子-κB、CD1a因子、肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨白芍总苷对小鼠变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)的治疗作用。方法以2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)对小鼠进行皮肤致敏及激发,制成小鼠接触性皮炎模型,观察白芍总苷对小鼠耳肿胀度、组织病理改变及皮损处核因子-κB(NF-κB)、CD1a因子表达及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的影响。结果白芍总苷能显著抑制ACD小鼠的耳肿胀度,可降低诱发后的小鼠血清TNF-α水平,下调NF-κB、CD1a的表达。结论白芍总苷对小鼠ACD有治疗作用,这与其下调炎性细胞因子水平有关,也可能与下调NF-κB、CD1a的表达有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects and mechanisms of Total Glucosides of Paeony on murine allergic contact dermatitis(ACD).Methods The murine model of ACD induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)was established.Observe the effect of Total Glucosides of Paeony(TGP)on murine ear swelling,histopathological changes,the levels of NF-κB、CD1a by immunohistochemical method and the levels of serum TNF-α.Results Murine ear swellings were suppressed by TGP,and TGP could down-regulate the level of serum TNF-αand the expressions of NF-κB、CD1a in skin lesions.Conclusion TGP has therapeutic effects on murine ACD,which is probably related to the down-regulation of the expressions of cytokines and alsothe expressions of NF-κB and CD1a.
