| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞凋亡及半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的作用。方法分别对吸烟COPD患者24例、不吸烟COPD患者19例、健康志愿者15例收集支气管肺泡灌洗液,应用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡,免疫细胞化学(SP)法检测caspase-3表达。结果吸烟COPD组和不吸烟COPD组的凋亡指数分别为(31.22±8.45)、(29.30±7.11),与对照组比较,有显著性差异;吸烟COPD组和不吸烟COPD组caspase-3表达积分分别为(5.74±1.83)、(5.39±1.26),与对照组比较,有显著性差异;COPD患者细胞凋亡及caspase-3表达与吸烟无关。结论细胞凋亡可能在COPD发生发展中起重要作用,caspase-3与COPD密切相关。 |
