异位妊娠的超声定位诊断分析及临床价值

目的探讨超声对异位妊娠的定位诊断及临床价值。方法回顾性总结分析了105例经临床确诊的异位妊娠患者的声像图表现。结果输卵管(壶腹部、峡部及伞部)妊娠95例，符合率94．7％；输卵管间质部妊娠3例，符合率100％；卵巢妊娠1例，漏诊；官角妊娠3例，符合率100％；官颈妊娠2例，符合率100％；腹腔妊娠1例，漏诊。结论超声检查能够对异位妊娠做出较准确的定位诊断，为临床治疗提供相关依据，具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical Value of Ultrasound for Site Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To study the site diagnosis of the ectopic pregnancy by ultrasound and its clinical value.Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 105 patients with ectopic gestation and the sonographic features were analysed.Results Among the 105cases,95 cases were with tubal pregnancy,3 were with interstitial pregnancy,1 with ovarian pregnancy,3 with pregnancy in the uterine corner,2 with cervical pregnancy and 1 with abdominal pregnancy.Conclusions Moreover,ultrasonography can provide accurate diagnosis in the aspect of the sites for ectopic pregnancy.
