脑卒中家庭康复护理干预方案的实施与分析

目的 对脑卒中家庭康复护理干预方案进行分析。方法 在脑卒中患康复现状基线调查基础上制定脑卒中家庭康复护理干预方案。将社区的60例脑卒中后遗症期患，随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，由经培训的社区护士按方案实施3个月后评价。结果 运动功能部分恢复；日常生活能力显增强；负性情绪明显减少；不良生活方式有所改变；患自理能力和家属照顾能力均有提高；但家庭康复环境无改造。结论 为脑卒中患制定的家庭康复护理干预方案具有科学性和有效性，由社区护士实施是可行的。

The Practice and Analysis of Familial Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention Project for Patients with Stroke

Objective To analyse the familial rehabilitation nursing intervention project for patients with stroke. Method 60 cases of stroke sequel patients in the community were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. The intervention project which was based on the survey of the rehabilitation situation of the patients was carried out by the community nurses who had got special training. The evaluation was made 3 months later. Results The study demonstrated that the patients' exercise ability recovered partially, the daily living ability improved remarkably, negative emotion decreased obviously and bad life style was changed after the nursing intervention. The project was good to improve self care ability of patients and care ability of their family members. But it couldn't change the family environment. Conclusion The familial rehabilitation nursing intervention project is a scientific and efficient plan that can be carried out by community nurses.
