基于PCI模型的团体辅导对肿瘤科护士护理能力的影响方芳 郎颖春 沈韵 俞静娴

目的：探讨基于PCI模型的团体辅导在肿瘤科护士护理能力的影响。方法：基于PCI模型制定团体辅导主题,选取2020年6月-2021年2月复旦大学附属中山医院肿瘤相关科室工作的104名护士为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组进行常规工作和管理,干预组护士在对照组的基础上增加每月一次共6次的团体辅导。比较两组护士干预前后的心理资本和护理能力。结果：组间比较,干预前两组护士心理资本和护理能力得分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组护士心理资本和护理能力得分差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组内比较,干预组护士干预前后心理资本及护理能力比较差异显著,追踪测试结果显示干预组护士的追踪测试心理资本水平及护理能力较干预后水平无明显降低；干预组护士团体辅导满意度总体得分为(87.95±7.62)分,且各条目得分处于中上水平。结论：基于PCI模型的团体辅导可对肿瘤科护士的情绪产生正性调节作用,提高肿瘤科护士的心理资本水平和护理能力,促进肿瘤科护士职业生涯的良性发展,值得在临床推广使用。

Effect of group counseling based on PCI model on nursing ability of oncology nurses

Objective: To investigate the effect of group counseling based on PCI model on nursing ability of oncology nurses Methods: the model is based on PCI group guidance theme, select on June 6, 2020 - February 2021 affiliated Zhongshan Hospital Fudan university cancer related departments work of 104 nurses as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, control group routine work and management, nurse intervention group in the control group on the basis of increase once a month, a total of 6 times of group guidance The psychological capital and nursing ability of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: Compared between the two groups, the psychological capital and nursing ability of the two groups had no statistical significance before the intervention (P>0.05), but after the intervention, the psychological capital and nursing ability of the two groups were significantly different with statistical significance (P<0.05); The psychological capital and nursing ability of nurses in the intervention group were significantly different before and after the intervention. The follow-up test results showed that the psychological capital and nursing ability of nurses in the intervention group were not significantly lower than those after the intervention. The overall score of group counseling satisfaction of nurses in the intervention group was (87.95 7.62), and the score of each item was above the middle level Conclusion: Group counseling based on PCI model can positively regulate the emotion of oncology nurses, improve the psychological capital level and nursing ability of oncology nurses, and promote the benign development of oncology nurses" career, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
