股份制二级综合性医院新入职护士转型冲击与社会支持的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 调查南京某股份制二级综合性医院新入职护士转型冲击现状,研究其与社会支持的相关性,为降低新入职护士转型压力实施策略提供科学依据。方法 采用新入职护士转型冲击量表及社会支持评定量表对53名新入职护士进行问卷调查。结果 接受调查的新入职护士转型冲击总分(80.69±8.73)分,社会支持总分(33.47±5.49)分,两者得分呈负相关(r=-0.283,P<0.05)。转型冲击方面,入职时间少于3个月的护士得分高于入职3个月以上的护士,非南京户籍护士高于南京本地户籍护士(P值均<0.05)。 结论 股份制医院新入职护士转型冲击水平偏高,护理管理者应加强对新入职护士转型的关注,多方位给予支持,促进新入职护士顺利转型。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the impact of the transition shock of new recruited nurses in a joint-stock secondary comprehensive hospital in Nanjing, and to study the correlation between the impact and social support, so as to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of strategies to reduce the transformation pressure of new recruited nurses. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 53 new recruited nurses by using the transition shock scale and social support rating scale. Results: The total score of transition shock and social support were 80.69 ± 8.73 and 33.47 ± 5.49 respectively, which were negatively correlated (r = -0.283, P < 0.05) with each other. In terms of transition shock, the scores of nurses with less than 3 months" employment were higher than those with more than 3 months" employment, and those with non Nanjing household registration were higher than those with Nanjing local household registration (P all < 0.05). Conclusions: The impact level of the transition shock of new recruited nurses in the joint-stock hospital is relatively high. Nursing managers should pay more attention to the transformation of new recruited nurses and give support in many aspects to promote the smooth transformation of new recruited nurses.
