摘    要:目的:分析和探讨精准护理在桡动脉血采集中的应用效果。方法:采用前后对照的类实验研究方法,选择从2019年7月-2019年9月在我院接受动脉穿刺采血患者116例,设为对照组,行常规护理。选择从2019年11月-2020年1月在我院接受动脉穿刺采血患者122例,设为观察组,行精准护理。观察两组患者的桡动脉采血时一次穿刺成功率、疼痛程度。结果:对照组一次穿刺成功率为70.69%,观察组为90.16%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组疼痛程度分级为0度1.72%、1度67.24%、2度31.03%,观察组为0度2.46%、1度93.44%、2度4.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在桡动脉血采集中应用精准护理,可提高一次穿刺成功率,降低疼痛程度,可在临床推广应用。

THE APPLICATION RESULT PRECESION NURSING CARE IN RADIAL ARTERIAL BLOOD COLLECTION
Abstract:Objective:To analyze and discuss the application of precision nursingcare in radial arterial blood collection effect. Methods:116 cases of patients who received artery puncture blood collection in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing. 122 patients who received arterial puncture blood collection in our hospital from November 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group and received precise nursing. Observe and compare two groups 1 puncture success rate and degree of pain. Results: One puncture success rate of the control group was 70.69%, and that of the observation group was 90.16%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the pain grade of the control group was 0 degree 1.72%, degree 1 67.24%, degree 2 31.03%, the observation group was 0 degree 2.46%, degree 1 93.44%, degree 2 4.10%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of precision nursing in radial artery blood collection can improve the success rate of one puncture and reduce the degree of pain, which can be applied in clinical practice.
