住院患者跌倒与坠床危险因素分析及预防措施的探讨

目的通过对住院患者跌倒和坠床事件进行分析,探索现行住院患者跌倒危险因素评估和预防措施中存在的局限和原因。方法回顾性调查研究,对2005年1—10月住院患者中所发生的25起跌倒或坠床事件进行分析。结果住院患者的跌倒和坠床事件不仅与患者的年龄相关,也与原发疾病、服用药物、病区环境和护理人力有相应的关系。结论为提高医院的患者安全和护理安全,需重新审视危险因素的评估以及研究更有效的预防措施。

Analysis on tumbling risk factors of inpatients and it's preventive measures

Objective By retrospective analysis of the tumbling risk factors of hospitalized patients to find out the limitation of current risk factor assessment and it's preventive measures. Method A retrospective study was used to analyze 25 tumbling accidents of inpatients from January 2005 to October 2005. Results The tumbling risk factors of inpatients were not only related to their age, but also their primary disease,medication, ward environment and nursing staff. Conclusion The tumbling risk factor assessment should be reviewed again,and more effective preventive measures should be carried out.
