| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年髋部骨折围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理干预效果。方法 选择2012年6月-2013年6月在上海梅山医院骨科行髋部骨折手术的老年患者62例,给予术前、术后护理及下肢深静脉血栓形成相应护理干预。结果 本组62例患者有中3例下肢深静脉血栓形成,确诊后及时治疗,3例患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床症状和体征均得到缓解,术后3个月行走,无肿胀疼痛等不适症状,无静脉血栓后遗症、血栓复发,未出现肺栓塞等严重并发症。结论 做好老年髋部骨折患者围手术期护理干预,有助于减少下肢深静脉血栓形成发生,护理效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of prevention and nursing intervention for deep vein thrombosis perioperatively in elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods From June 2012 to June 2013,62 elderly patients with hip fractures in our hospital were given surgical treatment,they received preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention.Results Postoperative deep vein thrombosis occurred in 3 cases,all were cured within 3 months.and none of them appeared post-thrombotic syndrome,thrombosis recurrence or pulmonary embolism.Conclusion Better nursing intervention will help diminish the risk of DVT, the nursing efficacy is remarkable. |
