某市成品血检测质量的评价

目的探讨某市成品血液的检测质量,为行政管理提供第三方评估结果。方法选择北京地区2005年1～9月2000份成品血液,使用不同厂家试剂进行艾滋病抗体（抗-HIV）、丙肝抗体（抗-HCV）、乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）及梅毒（TP）4个指标的检测,同时检测乙型肝炎核心抗体-IgM（HBcAb-IgM）。结果检测结果显示北京市成品血液的检测质量较好。不同厂家试剂的检测结果有一定差异,其中HBsAg、TP检测结果的差异有显著性。结论血液检测质量整体情况较好,但检验方法不同,试剂质量不统一以及操作人员技术水平、仪器设备等因素对检测结果的重复性有一定影响。定期或不定期对各采供血机构进行血液质量抽检是提高和保障临床用血质量的一个重要环节。

Appraisal on Examination Quality Control of Donated Blood

Objective To investigate the blood quality of donated blood in Beijing,and to provide the assessment of the third party for administration. Methods Anti-HIV, anti-HCV, HBsAg, treponema pallidum of 2 000 blood samples which were collected from January to September in Beijing were detected by some different reagents. Anti-IgM of HBcAb was detected at the same time. Results The results showed that the examination quality of donated blood were better. There were some differences among different reagents. The examination results of HBsAg and treponema pallidum showed significant differences among different reagents, but the examination results of anti-HIV,anti-HCV showed no statistical differences among different reagents. Conclusion The unqualified samples were associated with testing methods ,quality of reagents as well as ability and responsibility of the staff. To investigate the blood examination quality of donated blood in blood banks regular or irregular is an important protect link to improve the quality of the blood for clinical use.
