| 摘 要： | 目的电解质、血气、红细胞(RBC)变形性、一氧化氮(NO)含量影响库存血的运氧能力,为此分析不同保存时间这些指标的变化。方法电解质、血气和酸碱分析采用生化分析仪和血气分析仪;RBC变形性检测采用激光衍射RBC变形仪;总NO(即NO2-+NO3-)检测采用硝酸还原酶的Griess方法。结果 K+水平从3 mmol/L增长到24 mmol/L(P<0.001),Na+水平从152 mmol/L下降到133 mmol/L(P<0.001),Cl-和Ca2+没有变化;pH值35 d时下降到6.449(P<0.001);氧分压和氧饱和度增高(P<0.05);RBC变形能力2周后下降(P<0.001);NO含量没有变化。结论随着贮存时间的延长,血液的电解质、血气、RBC变形性均发生变化;总NO含量没有变化,但此指标不能间接反映亚硝基血红蛋白(SNO-Hb)的含量。 |
