合肥地区献血者血小板抗原多态性的初步分析

目的 探讨人类血小板抗原的多态性。方法 采用PCR—SSP法对合肥地区120名无关献血的血小板抗原HPA—1，2，3，4，5进行DNA分析。结果 HPA—1b、4b和5b属低频率，所有120名献血均为HPA—4a。在检测中没有发现一例同时具有两个低频率抗原。结论 合肥地区HPA—1a，4a，5a基因型较为常见，HPA—1b，5b基因型较为罕见，未发现有4b基因型。

Gene frequencies of human platelet antigens of blood donors in Hefei

Objective To study the polymorphism of human platelet antigens.Methods DNA typing methods were originally developed to determine the genotypes of five human platelet antigen(HPA) systems (HPA 1,2,3,4,5).The gene frequencies of these platelet antigens were determined by DNA typing of 120 unrelated blood donors in Hefei.Results The gene frequencies of the low frequency antigens were 0 009,0 000 and 0 032 for HPA 1b,HPA 4b and HPA 5b respectively.All 120 donors showed HPA 4a.Moreover,none of the donors tested had two or more of these low frequency antigens.Conclusion The risk of neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia and refractoriness to platelet transfusion induced by the antigens of the HPA 1,HPA 3 and HPA 5 systems are extremely rare in Hefei.However,attention must be paid to the involvement of the HPA 2 and HPA 3 systems in these clinical disorders.
