The Influence of Early Comprehensive Intervention on the Compliance and Sleep Quality of the First Schizophrenia Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of treatment compliance and sleep quality in the first schizophrenia patients after early comprehensive intervention.Methods:A total of 80 patients with first-episode schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the process of nursing of the control group,the routine nursing plan was adopted.The observation group patients needed to provide early comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the treatment compliance and sleep quality of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the patients in the observation group improved significantly in treatment compliance and sleep quality,and the quality of life score and sleep quality score were significantly improved,which was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the current nursing process for the first-episode schizophrenia patients,it can provide the protection for the patients′recovery and the clinical promotion value is higher.
