老年高血压患者睡眠障碍原因分析及护理对策

目的:探讨影响老年高血压患者睡眠障碍的原因及相关护理对策.方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月于首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院诊治的老年高血压患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对其回顾性分析,探究影响其睡眠障碍的原因.给予相关护理干预措施,比较患者护理干预前后的睡眠质量.比较的标准采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI).结果:研究发现,心理焦虑和环境作用是影响老年高血压患者睡眠障碍的主要因素.施加特应性护理干预措施后,研究对象PQSI评分及血压与干预前比较,均有所降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:影响老年高血压患者睡眠质量的主要因素包括心理和环境和生理因素,给予合理的护理干预措施具有比单纯降血压缓解睡眠障碍更为明显的改善效果,同时也有利于对患者临床降压治疗.

Analysis of Causes and Nursing Countermeasures of Sleep Disorders in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To explore the causes of sleep disorders and related nursing strategies in elderly hypertension patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 to explore the causes of sleep disorders.Relative nursing intervention measures were given to compare the sleep quality of patients before and after nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used for comparison.Results:Psychological anxiety and environmental effects were the main factors affecting sleep disturbance in elderly patients with hypertension.After the application of atopic nursing intervention,the PQSI score and blood pressure of the study subjects were reduced compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The main factors affecting the sleep quality of elderly hypertension patients include psychological and environmental and physiological factors,giving reasonable nursing intervention measures has more obvious improvement effect than simply lowering blood pressure to alleviate sleep disorders,and is also conducive to clinical antihypertensive treatment of patients.
