To Analyze the Inducing Factors and Nursing Intervention Countermeasures of Sleep Disorder in Senile Psychiatric Patients

Objective:To analyze the inducing factors and nursing intervention measures of sleep disorder in senile psychiatric patients.Methods:A total of 90 senile psychiatric patients from June 2019 to June 2020 in the Third Hospital of Quanzhou city were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group,the control group was given routine care,the observation group was given humanized care,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of Sleep Quality between 2 groups,and SF-36 was used to compare the Quality of life between 2 groups.Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)was used to compare the Mental states of patients between two groups,and Activity of Daily Living(ADL)was used to compare the improvement of Living ability of patients between two groups.Results:After the intervention,the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the patients with mental state,physiological function,social status,torso level score is significantly higher than the control group,the MMSE score,ADL score in the observation group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps>0.05).Conclusion:There are many reasons for sleep disorders in senile psychiatric patients,humanized nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life,improve the mental state of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
