Effect of Wrist and Ankle Needle Combined with Ear Point Buried Bean on Analgesia and Sleep Quality after Tibial Fracture

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of ankle needle and ear bean on tibial fracture.Methods:Selected from January 2017 to January 2019,Zhangzhou hospital tibial fracture after 60 cases of patients as the study object,according to the random number table randomly divided into control and observation group,30 cases in each group,the control group using conventional analgesic drugs,observation group with wrist ankle needle and ear hole embedded beans,compared 2 groups postoperative day 1,postoperative day 5 movement pain visual simulated pain score(VAS),analgesic drug use,satisfaction and sleep.Results:The VAS of patients in the 2 groups decreased on day 5 after surgery compared with day 1 after surgery(P<0.05),of which the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group was better than the control group in terms of the number of use of analgesic drugs and satisfaction with analgesia(P<0.05);The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the 2 groups on the 5th day after treatment decreased to varying degrees,all lower than the postoperative day 1(P<0.05),of which the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrand ankle needle and ear point embedded bean have ideal analgesic effect after tibia fracture and can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients.
