医护患协同护理对肺癌术后患者希望水平、 自我护理能力和心理韧性的影响

目的 对肺癌术后患者行医护患协调护理模式干预，分析该模式对患者希望水平、自我护理能力、心理韧性的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将2018年5月至2020年3月于南通大学附属瑞慈医院接受手术治疗的90例肺癌患者分为两组，各45例，对照组行常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上行医护患协同护理干预，比较两组患者护理前后希望水平、自我护理能力及心理韧性情况。结果 护理前两组患者希望水平总评分、自我护理能力各维度评分、心理韧性总评分差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05），护理30 d后研究组患者希望水平总评分、自我护理能力各维度评分、心理韧性总评分均高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论 肺癌术后患者接受医护患协同护理模式干预，可有效提高其希望水平，使其遵从医嘱配合护理，提高自我护理能力，增强心理韧性，促进术后康复，具有较高临床应用价值。

Effect of coordinated nursing by doctors, nurses and patients on improvement of self-care ability and psychological resilience of patients after lung cancer surgery

Objective To explore the effect of coordinated nursing intervention on the change of hope level, improvement of self-nursing ability and psychological resilience of lung cancer patients after surgery. Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups by the method of random number table from May 2018 to March 2020 in Ruici Hospital Affiliated of Nantong University, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing. The collaborative nursing intervention was performed in research group based on the application of routine nursing. The nursing level of hope, self-care ability and psychological resilience of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups patients on hope level, self-care ability and psychological resilience (all P>0.05). After 30 days of nursing care, the scores of hope level, self-care ability and psychological resilience in research group were significantly higher than those of control group (all P<0.05). Conclusions The intervention of collaboration nursing between doctors and patients can effectively improve the hope level and compliance of patients with lung cancer after surgery and promote postoperative rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
