"雨课堂"在中专护理专业学生《内科护理学》教学中的效果评价

摘    要:目的 评价“雨课堂”在中专护理学生《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法抽取宜宾卫生学校2016级中专护理专业学生4个教学班共计202人为研究对象,以班级为单位采用随机数字法随机分为对照组和雨课堂组,分别采用传统教学法和“雨课堂”教学法,应用于“慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理”章节教学,章节结束后考核与调查学生的成绩、对教学的满意度及自主学习能力。结果雨课堂组学生学习成绩总分[(78.8±8.3)分]高于对照组[(72.5±7.6)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雨课堂组学生对教学的满意率(81.8%)及自主学习能力(总评分=2.32±0.66)也高于对照组(55.3%,3.93±0.69)(P<0.05)。结论“雨课堂”教学法有利于激发学生学习兴趣和积极性,能显著提高学生的学习成绩、教学满意度和自主学习能力。

Effect of Rain Class on the teaching of medical nursing for the students in technical schools of health
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of Rain Class on the teaching of medical nursing for the students in technical school of health. Methods From September to December 2018, 202 nursing students were selected from Yibin Health School and divided into control group and Rain Class group randomly by random number method. The students in 2 groups received traditional teaching and Rain Class teaching respectively. Finally, the academic score, teaching satisfaction and independent learning ability were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe academic score of students in Rain Class group (78.8±8.3) was significantly higher than that of control group. The rate of satisfaction for teaching (81.8%) and independent learning ability (3.93±0.69) in Rain Class group were significantly higher than those of control group which were 55.3% and (2.32±0.66),respectively(P<0.05). ConclusionsRain Class teaching is conducive to stimulating students interest and enthusiasm in learning, which can significantly improve students academic performance, teaching satisfaction and independent learning ability.
