| 摘 要： | 为满足地区医药产业的人力资源需求,探索药学高素质技术技能人才的培养模式,强化药学专业人才培养内涵建设,进一步深化校企合作,提高人才培养质量,作者以对接南通地区的医药产业服务为目标,就“一目标、四对接、五阶段、多岗位”药学人才培养模式的内涵和构建进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the human resource needs of pharmaceutical industry,the cultivation mode of pharmaceutical talents with high-quality skill has been performed by strengthening the connotation construction of pharmaceutical talent training and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.The connotation and construction of“One Goal,Four Links,Five Stages and Multiple Posts”will be introduced in this article. |
