中华传统礼仪文化融入高职院校《护理礼仪》教学的效果观察

目的 探讨中华传统礼仪文化融入护理礼仪教学中的应用效果。方法 将江苏卫生健康职业学院2018级护生作为对照组,接受《护理礼仪》传统教学大纲授课内容,将2019级护生作为研究组,予以融合了中华传统礼仪文化的《护理礼仪》授课内容。统计研究组护生的教学反馈,并比较两组护生的学习效果。结果 研究组90%以上护生认为《护理礼仪》教学中融入中华传统礼仪文化有利于提高文化自信和道德素养;两组护生的理论成绩和实训成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高职院校《护理礼仪》教学中融入中华传统礼仪文化能提升护生的文化认同感,虽近期对提高学习成绩没有显著影响,但从长远来看有利于提高护生的综合素养。

Observation on the effect of integrating Chinese traditional etiquette culture into Nursing Etiquette teaching in higher vocational colleges

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese traditional etiquette culture in nursing etiquette teaching. Methods The grade 2018 nursing students in our school were used as the control group to receive the teaching content of the syllabus, and the grade 2019 nursing students were used as the experimental group to receive the teaching content integrating traditional etiquette. Investigate the teaching feedback of the students in the observation group after the reform of teaching content, and compare the academic performance of the two groups. Results The students in the observation group believed that learning traditional etiquette culture was conducive to improving cultural self-confidence and moral quality, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The study of traditional etiquette culture has no significant effect on improving recent academic performance, but it can improve students" cultural identity and improve students" comprehensive quality in the long run.
