| 摘 要： | 目的：比较生理盐水和肝素钠用于静脉留置针封管的效果。方法：将120例采用常规静脉留置针输液的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组用生理盐水封管,对照组用肝素钠稀释液封管,对静脉留置针留置时间、堵管及静脉炎发生率进行比较。结果：两组患者静脉留置针的留置时间、堵管及静脉炎发生率比较差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论：生理盐水用于静脉留置针封管安全有效,值得临床推广。
