不同药物治疗压疮的效果观察及护理

目的：探讨采用两种不同的药物疗法治疗压疮的效果。方法：将130例压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用氟哌酸胶囊治疗,实验组采用康复新联合西瓜霜治疗。治疗结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组效果显著47例,总有效率93.9%,对照组28例,总有效率66.2%,实验组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：康复新联合西瓜霜治疗压疮效果显著,在治疗过程中可以通过加强营养和皮肤护理,解除压迫等措施可加强治疗效果,从而改善患者的生活质量,促进患者的早日康复。

Effeot observation and wursing of different drugs therapy bedsore.

Objective ： To discuss the effect of two kinds of different drugs therapy patients with bedsore. Methods： 130 cases of patients with bedsore were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . Kangfuxin combined watermelon cream was used in treatment group. Curative effect were compared and analyzed. Results： 47 cases in treatment group healed, and the total effective rate was 93.9%, 28 cases in control group healed, and the total effective rate was 66.2%. The effect in two groups showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Kangfuxin combened watermelon cream has good effect on therapy bedsore, so streaghening nutrition and skin care and removing oppression for increasing treatment effect in processes, can improve the life quality of patients and promote patients recovering soon.
