家访健康干预对脑卒中患者居家遵医行为的影响研究

目的:探讨家访健康干预对脑卒中患者居家遵医行为的影响。方法:将344例脑卒中出院患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组172例在常规电话回访基础上进行家访健康干预,对照组172例则只进行常规电话回访。结果:通过家访对脑卒中患者居家的遵医行为进行健康干预,患者在用药依从性、复诊时间及次数、饮食情况、肢体功能恢复情况、血压与血糖控制情况、情绪控制等方面明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:通过家访与常规电话回访相结合的健康干预方式,明显提高患者居家遵医行为,提高患者的身心独立能力,有效促进疾病康复,提高患者的生活质量,减轻家属负担。

Influence of home health visiting on compliance behavior of cerebral apoplexy patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of home health visiting on compliance behavior of cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods：344 post-discharged cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into observation group and control group at random,172 patients in each group. All patients accepted telephone interview. The observation group accepted home health visiting. Results：For compliance behavior of cerebral apoplexy patients, the patient＇s condition in observation group is markedly overmatch those in control group, such as medication compliance, re-examination time and frequency, diet, recovery of limb function, blood pressure control and blood glucose control, and emotion control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： By health-interventions through telephone interview combined with home health visiting, there is a major improvement in compliance behavior, independent ability, recovery from disease,the life quality of patients and family burden of disease.
