金黄散加鱼石脂外敷治疗输液所致静脉炎的效果研究

目的：探讨金黄散加鱼石脂外敷治疗输液所致静脉炎的效果。方法：随机将发生静脉炎的80例患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组40例采用金黄散加鱼石脂调成糊状，外敷于静脉炎处；对照组40例采用50％硫酸镁湿敷，观察两组治疗效果。结果：两组的显效率、总有效率分别为观察组80％和100％；对照组15％和80％，两组差异有显著意义（P（0.01）。结论：应用金黄散加鱼石脂外敷治疗静脉炎效果优于50％硫酸镁外敷，值得在临床推广应用。

Study on the application of breath training nethod for patients after pulmonary lobe resection

Objective：To study the effect of phlebitis caused by transfusion treated by JinHuangSan and ichthyol application compress. Methods：80 patients with phlebitis was randomly divided into observing and control group ,each group has 40 patients. Patients in observing group was given wet compress by .Jin-HuangSan and ichthyol made pasty, application compress on phlebitis; Patients in control group were given wet compress of 50% bitter salt, observe the treatment result of two groups. Results ：The effcieney and the total effciency of 80% and 100% in abseving group ; the efficiency and the total efficiency of 15% and 80% in control group, there was significant difference between the two group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：The effect of phlebitis caused by transfusion treated by JinHuang, San and ichthyol was better than that of 50% bitter salt,it＇s worth for popularization.
