| 摘 要： | 目的:提高压疮护理质量,预防及减少压疮的发生。方法:运用前馈控制的理论与方法,积极开展健康教育,应用Waterlow压疮评估表进行皮肤评估,及时进行护理安全告知,积极采取护理干预措施。结果:我病房连续两年院内压疮发生率为零。结论:前馈控制是压疮管理的有效手段,可明显的减少压疮的发生,提高压疮护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve nursing quality of bedsore and ruduce the incidence.Methods:According to the feedforward control theory,we provided inpatients with health education,Waterlow decubitus scale assessment and nursing information.Active interferences were also taken.Results:The incidence of bedsore was zero for two consecutive years in our ward.Conclusion:Feedforward control is an effective way to improve the nursing and reduce the incidence of decubitus dramatically. |
