门诊换药室护士的职业危险因素与防护对策

目的:保证医院门诊换药室的医疗安全,提高换药室护士对职业危害的认识,增强其自我防护意识。方法:对门诊换药室造成医院感染的危险因素进行分析。结果:门诊换药室护士存在的职业危险因素主要有:换药室内空气污染,血源性及特殊性感染,紫外线、臭氧及化学消毒剂的污染,医护人员手污染,医疗废物污染等。结论:加强护士职业安全教育和培训,规范操作,可确保护士的自身安全。

The risk factors and protective measures of occupational injuries among nurses in outpatient treatment room.

Objective：To ensure the medical safety in outpatient treatment room,improve the nurses＇ awarenesses about occupational hazards and enhance the understanding of self-protection awareness.Methods：To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infections caused in outpatient treatment room.Results：The risk factors that nurses faced were discussed,and relevant countermeasures protections were put forward.Conclusion：It is important to strengthen the nurses＇ education and trainings about occupational safety and standardize the operation,in order to guarantee the nurse＇s safety.
