延伸护理在老年髋部骨折患者术后康复中的应用

目的:探讨延伸护理服务在老年髋部骨折术后康复中的应用效果。方法:将42例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为观察组22例和对照组20例,对照组患者出院时给予健康指导,观察组患者给予建立出院家庭访视档案,分别于出院后1周和出院后1,2,3个月进行家庭访视,给予心理护理、下肢功能锻炼、生活自理能力指导,3个月后比较两组患者焦虑发生率、下肢功能活动情况及生活自理能力等。结果:观察组患者焦虑发生率低于对照组(P0.05),下肢活动情况、生活自理能力均优于对照组(P均0.05)。结论:对老年髋部骨折患者出院后进行家庭访视康复指导,能延伸健康教育及提供优质护理服务,提高患者出院后康复治疗依从性及生活自理能力,减少并发症,从而促进患者康复。

Application of extended care rehabilitation in elderly hip fracture

Objective：To investigate the application effect of extended care in the rehabilitation of hip fractures in the elderly.Methods：42 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture according to the discharge order were randomly divided into the observation group with 22 cases and control group with 20 cases,the control group patients received health education,the observation group were treated and discharged home visit a file,respectively,family interview were discharged after 1 week,1 month,2 months,3 months,include psychological care,lower limb function exercise,self-care ability guidance,3 months after the comparison of the psychological status of patients with lower limb function recovery,and self-care ability.Results：The occurrence rate of anxiety in patients in the observation group was lower than in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,lower limb activity,self-care ability were superior to the control group （all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with hip fracture in elderly patients after discharge of family visit based rehabilitation guidance,can extend the health education and the quality of care,improve patient post hospital rehabilitation treatment compliance and self-care ability,reduce the complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
