精神科风险因素分析及对策

目的:探讨精神科风险因素及防范对策,以消除或减少护理风险事件的发生。方法:采用资料分析法,收集3年精神科风险性因素信息,进行统计分析。结果:有三方面的原因导致产生风险,一是病房环境和设施不当,二是护理人员缺乏专业理论知识且操作不够熟练,三是精神科患者自身原因。结论:应该从医院环境及设施、医院管理制度、护理人员的教育等方面进行改进,以降低精神科护理风险。

Analysis and countermeasures of risk factors for psychiatric nurses

Objective：To study the risk factors of psychiatric nurses and preventive work to eliminate or reduce the risk of care and risks incident to patients.Methods：The data analysis was used to collect three years psychiatric risk factor information,for statistical analysis.Results：After a preliminary analysis,combined with statistical findings,there were three reasons result in risk,firstly,ward environment and facilities properly,the secondly was the lack of professional nursing theory and the operation was not enough skilled,thirdly psychiatric patients for their own reasons.Conclusion：It should be improve the hospital environment and facilities,hospital management system and nursing education,to reduce the risk of psychiatric nursing.
