| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的护理方法。方法：对2006年1月～2008年6月收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折80例患者术前加强原有疾病护理、做好体位训练、饮食调理及心理护理,术后严密观察病情、指导早期功能锻炼,加强出院健康宣教。结果：本组80例患者,平均住院5d。症状消失出院71例,症状减轻出院9例。随访3～6个月,9例症状减轻出院患者于术后第2周症状消失;78例患者均能在日常生活中遵守出院康复、用药、饮食指导,未出现新的腰背痛症状,2例患者出现新的腰背痛症状。结论：加强术前术后护理,早期开展功能锻炼,做好出院指导是确保手术成功的关键。
