| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨开展优质护理服务对妇科护理不良事件的影响。方法:2010年6月～2012年5月我院妇科两个病区共有护士26人,2011年6月实施优质护理服务,将实施优质护理服务前后的护理不良事件、患者满意度进行比较。结果:实施前后比较,护理不良事件明显减少,患者满意度显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:创建优质护理服务有利于减少护理不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on nursing adverse events in department of gynaecology. Methods：To compare nursing advers events and patient′s satisfaction before and after implement high quality nursing service. Results：Nursing adverse events decreased significantly after implemented high quality nursing service,the patient′s satisfaction improved significantly. Conclusion：Create high quality nursing service is helpful to reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve patients′satisfaction and nursing quality. |
