护理程序在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用

目的:探讨如何运用护理程序对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇实施健康教育,使孕妇安全顺利度过孕期。方法:按照护理程序中评估一计划一实施一评价4个步骤对GDM孕妇开展健康教育,解决现存或潜在的可能影响母婴健康的问题。结果:GDM孕妇糖尿病知识得分、知晓率较前显著提高,自我护理能力明显提高,减少了住院次数,焦虑情绪得到缓解,所有GDM孕妇分娩结局良好。结论:在GDM孕妇护理中运用护理程序进行教育,能提高孕妇的自我护理能力,提高分娩质量。

The effect of nursing procedures used in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

Objective：To explore how to apply nursing procedures in health education of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）,and so as to make them live through pregnant period safely.Methods：Based on nursing procedures,the health education were provided for GDM women involved four steps：assessment,planning,implementation and evaluation,to solve the issue of existing or potential that may affect health of maternal and child.Results：The diabetes knowledge scores and awareness in patients with GDM were both significantly improved,and the self-care ability were also improved,the times of hospitalization were reduced,and the anxiety were relieved,all pregnant women delivered safely.Conclusion：The application of nursing procedures in health education of pregnant women with GDM can improve the self-care ability and delivery outcomes.
