康复护理路径在人工股骨头置换术围手术期的应用

目的:探讨人工股骨头置换患者围手术期康复护理的有效路径,寻找最佳的康复方案。方法:将住院患者随机分为实验组及对照组各52例。成立康复路径制定小组,制定人工股骨头置换术常规康复护理路径表,实验组按路径表实施,而对照组则采用传统方法。在教育内容掌握、心理稳定、合理体位和饮食、功能锻炼的实施,以及常见并发症即便秘、压疮、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、下肢静脉血栓形成进行统计。结果:实验组的教育内容知晓率、心理稳定率、体位合理率、合理饮食率、功能锻炼掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而便秘、压疮、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、下肢静脉血栓形成等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对人工股骨头置换术患者实施康复路径护理有积极意义。

Application of the recover nursing path on the displace operation of the artificial femoral head

Objective：To discuss the valuable path of the recover nursing to the patient of artificial femoral head displace operation.Methods：The hospital patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each gruop.To establish and design recovery path,to design the general recover nursing path project of the artificial femoral head displacement operation.The observation group were used the path project,and the control group were used the general method.Statistics for the education knows,psychology stabilization,reasonable posture,food,exercise and the common complications,namely the constipation,pressure sore,lung infection,the system of urinary infection,the lower limb vein blood clots forming.Results：The rate of education knows,psychology stabilization,reasonable posture,food,exercise knows in experimental group were higher than in control group（P0.05）.The constipation,pressure sore,lung infection,the system of urinary infection,the lower limb vein blood clots were lower than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The recover nursing path to the patient of artificial femoral head displace operation has the valuable significance.
