| 摘 要： | 目的:贯彻落实卫生部方案,提供优质护理服务,满足社会发展对老年护理的需求,构建和谐护患关系。方法:采取"护士-助理护士-护理员"共同参与患者照护的优质护理模式,即宣传动员,统一思想;形成合力,提供保障;明确职责,细化流程。结果:开展优质护理后患者的满意度高于开展前(P<0.05)。结论:在老年科开展优质护理服务示范工程活动,是社会发展的要求,强化了以患者为中心的整体护理理念,提升了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To implement the program of the ministry of health,to provide high-quality nursing to meet the needs of social development in elderly nursing,building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.Methods：With nursing model ＂nurse-assistant nurse-care worker＂ to participate in the quality of patient nursing,that is propaganda and mobilization,unity of thinking,create synergy,provided protection,clear responsibilities,the refinement process.Results：After carried out high-quality nursing,patients′ satisfaction were significantly higher than that before（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：To carry out high-quality nursing demonstration project at the department of geriatrics,the requirements of social development,strengthen the patient-centered concept of overall care,improve the quality of nursing. |
