护理人员对住院患者跌倒高危因素评估现状的调查

目的:了解我院护理人员对住院患者跌倒预防评估的现状及存在的问题。方法:采用便利抽样方法,对138名临床护理人员进行问卷调查,调查护理人员对医院护理管理部门要求的各项跌倒评估内容知晓率、完成情况和必要性认识。结果:138名护理人员对医院要求评估项目知晓率最高的内容是"患者年龄",知晓率最低的内容是"化疗药";评估完成情况最好的内容是"患者年龄",完成情况最差的内容是"抗癫痫药";对评估项目必要性认识中完成最好的内容是"患者年龄",完成最差的内容是"健康教育依从性";护理人员各评估内容完成情况与护理人员对各项跌倒高危因素内容的必要性认识有相关性;年龄、工作年限与护士对医院跌倒预防评估必要性认识得分有差异。结论:医院应采用案例分析等各种形式、各种方法加强对护士培训,提高护士对跌倒高危因素的认知水平,同时还应完善住院患者跌倒评估表,增加"害怕跌倒"和"患者对健康教育依从性"等内容。

Investigation the assessment current situation of nursing staff on high risk factors for falls of inpatients

Objective:To learn the current situation and existing problems of our hospital′s nurses on prevention and assessment of patient′s falls.Methods:Apply convenient sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey of 138 clinical nurses about the high risk factors for falls which the hospital requires to assess and the nurses′ awareness,completion situation and necessary knowledge of the assessment contents of various tumbles required by nursing management department.Results:138 nurses were most aware of "patient age" but least aware of "chemotherapy drugs" of the items which the hospital requires to assess,the best completion of the assessment was "patient′s age",and the worst was "antiepileptic drugs",and for the necessary knowledge of the assessment items,the best one was "patient age",while the worst of the five items was "health education compliance".There was correlation between the nurses′ completion of the assessment contents and their necessary awareness of the high risk factors of tumbles.Moreover,there were differences between age,work experience and the scores from the necessary awareness of the hospital′s prevention and assessment of patient tumbling.Conclusion:The hospital should take various forms and methods like case study to strengthen the training of nurses and raise the awareness of high risk factors of tumbles.Meanwhile,the hospital′s tumbling assessment form should be improved by adding contents of "afraid of fall" and "patients′ compliance to health education" etc.
