心理社会因素对肝癌患者的影响

目的:调查心理社会因素和人格特征对肝癌患者康复的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表、艾森克个性评定量表和社会支持评定量表调查了68例肝癌患者(观察组),并与同期正常健康人70例(对照组)进行对照。结果:观察组患者症状自评量表总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性各因子得分高于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。观察组患者艾克森个性评定量表中神经质评分明显高于对照组(P0.01),内外向评分明显低于对照组(P0.01)。观察组患者社会支持评定量表中社会支持总分、主观支持分及支持利用度明显低于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:不良的个性特征以及缺乏对社会支持的认识和利用是影响肝癌患者康复的重要因素。

Effect of psychosocial factor on patient with liver cancer

Objective ： To investigate the effect of psychosocial factor on rehabilitation of patient with liver cancer. Methods ：68 patients with liver cancer（ the study group）and 70 normal persons （the control group）were received by psychological assessments of SCL -90, EPQ and SSRS. Results： Scores of SCL - 90, positive item, somatization, compulsion , interpersona sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid, and factor of psychosis in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;neuroticism scores of EPQ in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ） ; scores of SSRS social support,subjective support and using - support degree in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Negative personality and absence of realize- tion and utilization of social support are the important factor on patien with liver cancer.
