足枕的研制及临床应用

目的：探讨早期应用足枕在重型颅脑损伤或脑卒中后偏瘫病人对预防肢体继发障碍的效果。方法：选择重型颅脑损伤GCS评分≤8分或脑卒中后昏迷病人200例,随机分为两组。观察组100例,对观察组病人确诊后即应用自行研制的足枕并进行常规肢体功能锻炼;对照组100例,给予常规肢体功能锻炼的同时应用被褥、衣物、硬板、枕头等衬垫作为足枕。结果：追踪所有病人,对两组患者继发障碍进行比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,对照组继发功能障碍发生率高。结论：对于重型颅脑损伤GCS评分≤8分或脑卒中后昏迷伴偏瘫病人,早期肢体功能锻炼加足枕能有效预防足下垂、足内外翻、肌腱萎缩等继发功能障碍,降低致残率,提升护理质量和提高患者康复后的日常生活能力。

Full pillow's development and clinical practice

Objective:Discussion early time applies the full pillow after the heavy head injury or the apoplexy hemiparalysis patient to prevents the body following to send the barrier the effect.Methods:Choice heavy head injury GCS grading ≤8 minute or apoplexy, the unconscious 200 patient were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group 100 examples, diagnoses after the observation group patient are the full pillow which the application independently develops and carry on the conventional body function exercise;the control group 100 examples, give the conventional body function exercise at the same time using the bedding, the clothing, firmly, the pillow to take the full pillow.Results:Tracing all patients, following send the barrier to two group of patients to carry on the comparison,the difference have statistics significance (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),the function barrier formation rate of control group was higher than in observation group.Conclusion:After the heavy head injury GCS grading ≤8 minute or apoplexy the stupor partner hemiparalysis patient, the early body function exercise replenishes the pillow to be able to prevent foot drop,talipes varus and valgus, tendon effectively and so on, following to send the function barrier,reduces crippling rate,after the promotion nursing quality and enhances the patient to be restored to health the daily life ability.
