中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的疗效观察及护理

目的：观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的临床效果。方法：将确诊为慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者367例随机分为观察组（186例）和对照组（181例）,对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上采用中药保留灌肠。观察两组患者治疗后1年内妊娠情况。结果：追综两组所有病例,治疗后1年,总复孕率为46.87%,其中观察组宫内复孕率（56.45%）显著高于对照组（37.02%）,两组差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症疗效显著。
