非内分泌科护士对糖尿病知识掌握情况调查分析

目的:调查、分析非内分泌科护士对糖尿病知识掌握情况及影响因素,以提高非内分泌科护士对糖尿病知识的认知,改善对糖尿病患者护理效果。方法:对广州某三甲医院100名内、外科护士进行糖尿病知识问卷调查。结果:知识掌握良好问卷占22%,一般占40%,较差占38%。其中对优降糖和消渴丸药物的适用人群等5个问题掌握得最差。非内分泌科护士对糖尿病知识掌握总体较差;不同学历、护龄的护士糖尿病知识掌握情况存在差异。结论:非内分泌科护士应加强糖尿病知识的学习,保证对患者实施有效的护理。

Investigation the grasp situation of disables mellitus knowledge of non-endocrine susceptible murse

Objective：To analyze the grasp situation of the of diabetes mellitus knowledge of non-endocrine susceptible to,and to provide countermeasures of promoting the nurses＇ cognition and the effect of nursing for diabetes.Methods：108 nurses in one class three hospitals were retrospectively investigated.Results：22% of the nurses had good command of the knowledge of diabetes mellitus,the rate was 40% in the secondary of cognition.The rate was 38% in the worst.Of which,the worst cognition of the bellowing five issues： the application of the crowd for drug etc.Conclusion：Nurses of non-endocrine susceptible have poor knowledge of diabetes mellitus.It has relation with degree and working hours.It is essential for nurses to improve their s knowledge of diabetes mellitus.Make sure the effective implementation of patient care.
