健康教育路径对COPD病人呼吸肌功能锻炼效果的研究

目的:探讨健康教育路径对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人呼吸肌功能锻炼效果的影响。方法:将63例COPD病人分为对照组(n=31)和试验组(n=32),对照组采用传统的健康宣教,试验组采用COPD健康教育路径表进行教育,评估两组病人咳嗽、气短、生存质量、步行距离、肺功能情况。结果:与对照组相比,试验组病人咳嗽、气短、生存质量、步行距离及肺功能均显著改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用健康教育路径表实施健康教育,可提高COPD病人呼吸肌功能锻炼效果。

The research of health education on respiratory muscle exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective：To explore the effect of health education on respiratory muscle function exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）. Methods： Sixty - three patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 31 ） and trea- ted group （n = 32）. Health education was carried out before the respiratory muscle exercise in the treated group, and the patients in the control group did not receive health education. Clinical symptoms, survival quality, activity endurance and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results：Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms, survival quality and activity endurance, and the lung function of the patients in the treated group were all significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Health education can make the patients master more knowledge about COPD, enhance the patient compliance on the respiratory muscle exercise, and improve the effect of respiratory muscle exercise and the survival quality.
