| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理干预对糖尿病性白内障患者术后疗效的影响。方法：将86例糖尿病性白内障患者随机分为实验组44例和对照组42例。两组患者均进行常规治疗及护理,另对实验组针对患者的心理问题实施心理干预。结果：两组患者角膜水肿、前房渗出和房水闪光分别为14.0%（7/50）和33.3%（16/48）、8.0%（4/50）和22.9%（11/48）、10.0%（5/50）和31.2%（15/48）。两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：心理干预降低了患者术后并发症的发生率,提高了手术疗效。
