临床护理路径在腹膜透析置管患者中的应用效果

目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹膜透析置管患者中的应用效果,旨在探讨最佳护理模式。方法：将2011年6月～2012年6月在我院收住的腹膜透析置管患者46例设为观察组,给予临床护理路径,同时将2010年6月～2011年5月我院收住的腹膜透析置管患者46例设为对照组,采取传统护理模式。观察两组患者的住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者的住院费用和住院时间均少于对照组（P〈0.05）,术后切口红肿、置管处渗漏的并发症发生情况低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对腹膜透析置管患者给予临床护理路径,可以缩短住院日,减少住院费用,同时可以提高护理质量,降低并发症发生率。

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in peritoneal dialysis catheter patients

Objective：To investigate the clinical pathway in peritoneal dialysis catheter patients results, aims to explore the best nursing mode. Methods：From June 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital 46 cases of patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter as the observation group, they were given clinical nursing path- way ,the effect of clinical nursing pathway before the close of the 46 cases in the control group, the control group took the traditional nursing mode. Observed two groups of patient care and patient satisfaction. Results：Hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of observation group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. And postoperative incision swelling, the ratio of pipe leakage and other complications were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The peritoneal dialysis catheter patients received clinical pathway nursing measures, can shorten the hospitalization days and hospitaliza- tion costs, also can improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of complications.
