甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫颈妊娠出血的观察

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫颈妊娠出血的效果。方法:将2007年1月～2009年6月9例采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗的宫颈妊娠病人作为观察组,将2004年1月～2006年12月11例行宫颈搔刮术宫颈妊娠病人作为对照组,对比两组病人阴道出血量与治疗结果。结果:观察组共需宫腔填塞碘仿纱条4例,平均失血量138ml,失血量在400ml以上1例,平均住院天数7d,无子宫切除病例;对照组宫腔填塞碘仿纱条9例,平均失血量472ml,失血量在400ml以上7例,平均住院天数6d,行子宫切除3例。对照组失血量高于观察组(P0.05)。结论:使用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫颈妊娠可有效降低阴道出血量,有效控制阴道出血,提高病人生活质量。

Observation the effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone treatment cervical pregnancy hemorrhage

Objective：To probe into the effect of methotrexate （MTX） combined with mifepristone treatment cervical pregnancy hemorrhage. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on 9 cases cervical pregnancy patients who had been treated by MTX combined with mifepristone from January 2007 to 2009,which was regarded as the observation group. A total of 11 cases cervical pregnancy patients who had been carried out the cervical scratching from January 2004 to December 2006 were regarded as the control group. The amount of hemorrhage in vagina and treatment results in two groups had been compared.Results： In the observation group,4 cases needed the filling of iodoform gauze sliver in the uterus cavity. The average blood loss was 138 ml. The patient whose amount of blood loss is over 400 ml was 1 case. The average hospitalization days were 7 and without uterectomy carried out. In the control group,9 cases needed the filling of iodoform gauze sliver in the uterus cavity. The average blood loss was 472 ml. The patient whose amount of blood loss is over 400 ml was 7 cases. The average hospitalization days were 6 and with 3 cases carried out the uterectomy operation. The blood loss in the control group was nigher than in observation group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Using the MTX combined with mifepristone to treat the cervical pregnancy can effectively decrease the amount of hemorrhage in vagina and the rate of uterectomy and control the vagina hemorrhage,then improving the life of quality.
