角色转换技能训练对抑郁症维持治疗中社会功能的影响

目的:探讨角色转换技能训练对抑郁症维持治疗中社会功能的影响。方法:将158例维持治疗中的抑郁症患者随机分为观察组80例和对照组78例,对照组采用常规治疗与护理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行为期1年的角色转换技能训练,采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表,角色调查表于治疗12个月末进行对照评定。结果:观察组治疗12个月末社会功能缺陷筛选量表总分及各因子分低于对照组(P<0.05),角色退却优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:角色转换技能训练能有效提高抑郁症维持治疗患者的社会功能,一定程度上降低抑郁症患者精神残疾程度。

Influence of role transformation skill training on social function in the maintain treatment of depression

Objective：To investigate the role of transformation skill training effect on social function in the maintain treatment of depression. Methods ：158 patients with depression in patients with maintenance treatment, were randomly divided into observation group 80 cases and control group 78 cases,control group with conventional therapy and nursing,the observation group were given role transformation skill training for one year baaed on routine treatment to compare and assess after treatment 12 months with social disability screening schedule and role inventory. Results ：The observation group of treatment with 12 months,the social disability screening scale scores and the factor scores were lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） ,the role of the retreat was better than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conelusion：The role of conversion skill training can effectively improve the depression in patients with maintenance treatment of social function, to some extent reduce depression in patients with mental disability.
