| 摘 要： | 探讨对患有焦虑症的绝经后冠心病患者在进行心理干预前后医院患者焦虑情绪评定量表测定评分及心肌耗氧量变化，研究心理干预与患者焦虑情绪及心肌耗氧量之间的相关性。方法：将85例经医院患者焦虑情绪评定量表诊断为焦虑症的住院的绝经后冠心病患者随机分为干预组45例与对照组40例，对干预组进行心理干预，对照组行常规护理。分别测定两组干预前后的焦虑情绪评分及心肌耗氧量并进行比较。结果：两组患者医院患者焦虑情绪评定量表评分及心肌耗氧量在心理干预后均较干预前有较明显的下降（P〈O．01），但干预组患者较对照组患者在医院患者焦虑情绪评定量表评分及心肌耗氧量的下降更为明显（P〈O．05）。结论：对患有焦虑症的冠心病患者在积极治疗原发病的同时，给予有效的心理干预，能显著降低患者的心肌耗氧量，改善患者的焦虑情绪。
